The security of all types of information in any format, whether they concern CGP or any of our clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, visitors or any other person or entity with whom we work, is vitally important and will be treated in confidence. The Data Protection Principles state that data must be:

• Processed for limited purposes and not in any manner incompatible with those purposes.
• Adequate, relevant and not excessive.
• Accurate.
• Not kept for longer than is necessary.
• Processed in accordance with individuals' rights.
• Secure.
• Not transferred to countries without adequate protection.

It is CGP policy to implement the Data Protection Principles in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This Act extends to some manual records as well as those held electronically.

CGP operates a Company WEB SITE, through which we collect information on clients and potential clients. All such information, including email addresses and information regarding the nature of a client's business will be stored under secure arrangements and will NOT be disclosed to any third party for marketing or other commercial reasons. However, CGP prides itself in providing clients with a high quality and visible service so retains the right to contact existing registered clients for both marketing and project purposes. We are prepared to remove any or all details of any client or potential client that has registered through our WEB SITE provided that the client presents a signed request by FAX to 0870 052 2410.
